Reservations
2008 Season - Open from July 1st through September 6th.
The Main Chalet and Annex have 12 rooms, sizes ranging from double occupancy up to rooms for six, with single bunk beds in all of the rooms. Rooms are assigned by the reservation office at the time the reservation is made. Requests for specific rooms will not be honored.
Please have alternate acceptable dates and party sizes in a reservation request.

Overnight Rate
$80 for the first person in a room.
$68 for each additional person in the same room.
plus Montana Accommodations tax.
$15 per person for the optional linen package.
Optional pre-order retail foods may be ordered in advance and will be waiting for you to prepare when you arrive.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit of $20 per person per night is required to hold a reservation. Deposit is due within 14 days of the date the reservation is made or the reservation will be canceled. Deposits must accompany reservations created June 1 or later.
Full payment must be made by 10 days before arrival date.
Payment by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), by phone or mail to our office.
CHANGING RESERVATIONS
Reservation changes or cancellations made prior to June 1st are complimentary. Beginning June 1st a $10 administrative fee will be charged for reservation changes.
A reservation change includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Changing the arrival date
- Changing the departure date
- Decreasing the number in the party
- Changing the number of rooms used
- Reservation cancellations
The following activities will NOT be charged the administrative fee:
- Making a payment
- Placing a linen order
- Placing a retail pre-order
CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund will be made for all cancellations made prior to June 1.
Cancellations received after May 31 will be charged a $10 administrative fee.
Cancellations received in our office by 6:00pm ten days prior to the reservation arrival date will be refunded in full, less an administrative fee of $10.
Cancellations received in our office by 6:00pm 4 days prior to the chalet arrival date will be forfeit the deposit and $10 administrative fee. The balance of all other payment will be refunded.
Cancellations received after 6:00pm 4 days prior to the chalet arrival date will not be eligible for any refund.
A 'No Show' at the chalet is a full reservation cancellation.
Only our West Glacier office can issue a refund.
Openings created by cancellations are available immediately to the next request for the opening. We do not maintain a waiting list.
